1) WORK ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Begin upon receipt of photo. Jpeg file will be emailed for your approval. Once we recieve approval your order will be processed. Mailed photos will be returned with your order.
2) PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: Emailed photos must be in "Jpeg" format and at least 150 dpi, 300 dpi is prefered for best quality. Product quality depends on the quality of your picture. If you are unsure, send me your picture and I will let you know if it will work.
3) RE-ORDERING PERSONALIZED PRINTED PRODUCTS: All personalized printed product files will be stored for 3 months. After 3 months Topographical Treasures can not guarentee reorders will match previously placed orders.
4) HOW TO PAY: To order by personal check or money order CONTACT US to receive a order form. To order by Credit Card use the "Add to Cart" buttons below.
5) SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please CONTACT US before odering. Allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. Event Packages; Please contact us 6 weeks before event to insure delivery.
